Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
